Cooking Instruction

How to cook the tapioca balls:

1. Combine tapioca pearls and water in a 1:6 ratio.
2. Boil water and add tapioca pearls, stirring until they float.
3. Reduce heat to medium and cook for 5 minutes.
4. Stir pearls every 2 minutes, then turn off heat when time's up.
5. Cover the lid and let rest for 5 minutes.
6. Drain pearls in a colander and rinse with cold water.
7. Flavour pearls with hazelnut or brown sugar syrup.
8. Let pearls soak in syrup for 20 minutes for optimal taste and texture.
