Toffee Apple Bubble Tea

This Toffee Apple Bubble Tea recipe is a delightful blend that captures the joy of a classic autumn fair. This drink features black tea combined with the sweetness of yellow apple syrup, creamer, and brown sugar syrup, complemented by white tapioca pearls for added texture. Smearing the inside of the serving cup with brown sugar syrup adds a beautiful, caramelised touch that enhances the drink’s presentation.

Method

  1. Add 200ml of black tea to a shaker cup.
  2. Add 4 pumps of yellow apple syrup, 3 scoops of creamer, and 1 ladle of brown sugar syrup to the tea.
  3. Stir the mixture with a bar spoon until all ingredients are well mixed.
  4. Add ice into the shaker until the liquid reaches the 500ml line.
  5. Shake the mixture for 5–7 seconds.
  6. Add 1 scoop of white tapioca pearls into a serving cup.
  7. Smear brown sugar syrup around the inside of your serving cup for a decorative touch.
  8. Pour the toffee apple tea mixture over the tapioca pearls.
  9. Seal the cup, and it’s ready to drink!
