Toffee Apple Bubble Tea

Ingredients
- 200ml black tea
- Ice
- 4 pumps of yellow apple syrup
- 3 scoops of creamer
- 1 ladle of brown sugar syrup
- 1 scoop of white tapioca pearls
- Brown sugar syrup (to smear the cup)
Method
- Add 200ml of black tea to a shaker cup.
- Add 4 pumps of yellow apple syrup, 3 scoops of creamer, and 1 ladle of brown sugar syrup to the tea.
- Stir the mixture with a bar spoon until all ingredients are well mixed.
- Add ice into the shaker until the liquid reaches the 500ml line.
- Shake the mixture for 5–7 seconds.
- Add 1 scoop of white tapioca pearls into a serving cup.
- Smear brown sugar syrup around the inside of your serving cup for a decorative touch.
- Pour the toffee apple tea mixture over the tapioca pearls.
- Seal the cup, and it’s ready to drink!
