1. Cut 1 kg of fresh chicken into chunks of around 15g each
2. Mix 200g of coating power, 160ml of water, and 20ml of cooking oil into a batter
3. Deep fry the coated chicken at 170°C
4. Sprinkle with pepper and salt as desired and serve immediatelye
