Mochi
Forget Easter eggs, have you tried mochi?
Mochi is a chewy rice cake made from glutinous rice with fillings like red bean, taro, or fruit. Makers pound the rice until smooth, add the filling, and dust it with cornstarch or potato starch. We have various flavours to choose from, including chocolate and strawberry, as well as green tea, peanut and sesame-flavoured mochis.
